Drug
Policy
You
must have a valid prescription from a physician licensed to practice
medicine and to prescribe medications in the place where you live.
Rx International will not handle any habit forming or narcotic
pharmaceuticals, also known as scheduled drugs or controlled substances
in some countries. We specialize in chronic care medicines that
many people must take to sustain or improve their life.
You
can order up to a three month supply of your medication if that
is what has been prescribed for you.
Rx International will not ship any pharmaceutical product to you
that does not have an approved version in your country of residence.
Rx Internationals Refund Policy
If
for any reason you do not receive medicine from Rx International, shipped by express shipping within 15 days from the date of shipment,
a credit will be applied to your credit card equal to the amount
charged or a replacement shipment sent to you, if you request.
If
your medication arrives in a damaged condition, please contact us. We will
credit your account or replace your order.
Privacy
& Security
All
information given to Rx International will be held in
the strictest confidence and will not be sold, rented or traded to any outside
entity.
Rx International uses the latest in Internet security and encryption
technology. You should have no concerns about your personal information
being seen by anyone not directly involved with Rx International
and its operations.

Refills/Existing
Clients
If
a prescription that we have had filled for you was written with
refills we can have them filled for you as they come up. We will
notify you by e-mail before your supply runs out to confirm that you wish an additional shipment. If you do not have an e-mail address, please call our Customer Service Department to order your refills.
If
you are an existing customer with a new prescription to be
filled, YOU DO NOT NEED TO ENTER YOUR INFORMATION AGAIN. Just fax us the order form along with your prescription.
That is all we need. However, if you have some personal information
that has changed you must make us aware of it.
Pet
Prescriptions
Rx International can have prescriptions filled for your pet as
long as we are supplied with a valid prescription from your veterinarian.
When filling out the customer profile put in all the pertinent information,
indicating that the pet belongs to you, and follow the ordering process,
as normal. If you are
looking for a certain drug for your pet that you do not see on our
price list please contact us and we will try to accommodate you.
Use
of Insurance
We
cannot accept insurance coverage from another country. However, we will
provide you with a receipt that you can use to make an insurance
claim. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, personal checks (by direct debit to your bank account) and money orders.
